Heras has acquired BA-KRO, a German specialist in the installation and service of high security electronic and mechanical systems for critical infrastructure. The transaction marks the next step in the long-standing partnership between the two companies.
BA-KRO is a specialist in site security, implementing complex security systems in sensitive sites such as industrial complexes, airports, prisons, and embassies. Since 1997, the Berlin-based company has been engaged in the planning, sale, installation, and maintenance of security systems throughout Germany.
Pride and mutual trust
Heras’ acquisition of BA-KRO marks a new phase of an already long-standing and intensive partnership. “We are very proud to welcome BA-KRO as part of Heras,” says Emmanuel Rigaux, CEO of Heras. “Heras and BA-KRO have been working closely together for many years, so there is a lot of mutual respect and trust. Heras Deutschland GmbH and BA-KRO GmbH will continue to exist as two separate brands, with BA-KRO operating under the Heras banner.
