The HMD (Heras motor drive) has been developed as a low-noise and efficient drive for sliding gates. Produced in-house by Heras, the drive is available in three versions:
All three HMD drives have a system log and soft stop/start. They can optionally be equipped with a receiver and hand transmitter(s), emergency stop, and flashlight/lamp control.
In addition, the HMD Standard/Advanced versions can be equipped with traffic/surrounding lights, week/year timer and automatic disconnect.
The safety requirements for CE certification is expected to become stringent from the end of 2021. The main purpose of these more stringent requirements is to increase safety levels and help further reduce the number of accidents in the future.
Heras products apply to the tightened CE-marking from the 1st of July. But what exactly does this mean in terms of changes for Heras products?
